FLORAL TRIBUTE TO FALLEN WAR HEROES CEREMONY AT THE HOME OF SAPPERS
Floral Tribute to fallen war heroes ceremony was held at Regimental Headquarters Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers Panagoda on 18 May 2016 to coincide with the Ranaviru commemorative day.\r\n\r\nThe Chief Field Engineer, Major General G D I Karunarathne RSP psc graced the occasion as the Chief Guest on the invitation of the Centre Commandant, Brigadier A N Amarasekara USP and paid floral tributes to the Fallen War Heroes’ monument.\r\n\r\nColonel (Coord) HQ CFE Colonel P Wimalasiri RWP, Deputy Centre Commandant Colonel D P Jayasinghe RSP, most of the Commanding Officers and other ranks attended the occasion.\r\n\r\nThe Family members of the fallen war heroes, senior officers and other ranks paid floral tributes remembering their late family members and their colleagues.\r\n
