VISIT OF THE CHIEF FIELD ENGINEER OF SRI LANKA ARMY TO HEADQUARTERS, GENERAL ENGINEERING BRIGADE

The Chief Field Engineer of Sri Lanka Army Maj Gen W M G C S B Wijayasundara RSP USP ndu made his official visit to Headquarters, General Engineering Brigade at Kachchigala, on 16 February 2022.

Chief Field Engineer’s visit to Headquarters, General Engineering Brigade was an inspiration to the all Officers and Other Ranks of the Brigade Headquarters. Brigadier P P A Perera psc Hdmc, Brigade Commander, General Engineering Brigade, have warmly welcomed the Chief Field Engineer at the camp premises. After words briefing was conducted about the function and details of ongoing projrct.

The visiting Chief Field Engineer of Sri Lanka Army has planted a sapling in the camp premises and thereafter he addressed the Officers and Other Ranks of the General Engineering Brigade and under command units. The address was held adhering the health and safety guideline of Covid-19.

Colonel Project, Commanding Officers of 1 SLE, 5 SLE, 12 SLE and 12(V) ESR and Officers and Other Ranks of Brigade Headquarters and under command Regiment were participated for this event.
