VISIT OF THE CHIEF FIELD ENGINEER TO 4(V) ENGINEER REGIMENT

Major General P P A Perera Hdmc psc, the Chief Field Engineer of the Sri Lanka Army, made an official visit to the 4 (V) Engineer Regiment SLE, Rathmalana, on 02 July 2024.

Upon his arrival, the Chief Field Engineer was accorded with a Drive Pass at the main entrance and warmly welcomed by the Commanding Officer Major H P U Dasanayake USP SLE followed by addressing to the troops.

During his address, the Chief Field Engineer reminisced his past experiences and the lessons he had learned throughout his military career. He also emphasized the value of maintaining high standard of discipline as military personals and to manage the monthly expenses according to the monthly salary.

Prior to his departure, Chief Field Engineer penned down a complimentary note in the visitors’ book and posed for a group photograph with all Officers of the unit.
