Demonstrating continued support for the welfare of military personnel, the Seva Vanitha Branch of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers under the guidance of the president Mrs. Surangi Amarapala, organized a special donation event on 16 June 2025 at the RHQ SLE.
During the event, five soldiers and members of their family who were in need of visual assistance received spectacles, gifted as part of the branch’s ongoing welfare initiatives. The donation reflects the Seva Vanitha Branch’s dedication to enhancing the well-being of service personnel and ensuring their quality of life is not compromised.
The recipients expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the generous gesture and the continued support extended to them and their families.
