The Seva Vanitha Branch of Corps of Engineers donated school items to the children of Alagalla Vidyalaya in Vavuniya on 26 October 2022. The event included arranging of refreshments to the children and conducting an awareness programme on community health.
The President of Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers Seva Vanitha Branch, Mrs. Mallika Wijayasundara and the members of Seva Vanitha Branch were participated in the event.
The programme was supported by Mr. Kamal Chandana Jayasinghe who was a former student of Dehiowita National School and a member of Dehiowita Trade Association, Dehiowita Classic Friends Club, Ruwenwella Trade Association and The Chairman of Navin Group. The event was organized by Commanding Officer and all ranks of 8 Field Engineer Regiment deployed at Engineer Brigade, Boo-oya.
