SAPPER WRESTLERS BECOME RUNNERS UP AT ARMY INTER REGIMENT NOVICES WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIP 2016
Wrestlers of Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers in Sri Lanka Army wrestling tournament held at Army Gymnasium Panagoda from 24 to 25 October carried away the Runners Up Trophy and trophy for the best wrestler in novices category.
In addition, Sapper wrestlers won three gold medals, one silver medal and one bronze medal in the championship.
Chief Guest of the event Major General S Ranasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc commended the achievements gained by all sapper wrestlers.
