SAPPER WAR HEROES WERE REWARDED
15 Sapper Officers and 118 Sappers were rewerded with \"RANASOORA PADAKKAMA\" by Colonel Commandant of Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers and Chief of Staff Sri Lanka Army Major General AWJC De Silva RWP USP ndu psc on 23 December 2013 at Army Gymnasium, Panagoda. Rana Sura Padakkama and Bar are awarded as a reward for individual acts of distinguished conduct in the face of the enemy at the Humanitarian Operation.
