The Sapper Officers Annual Cricket Encounter was kicked off at pm hours on 12 (Friday) February 2016 at Sapper Cricket Stadium Mattegoda, generating a wave of overwhelming enthusiasm and drawing a big crowd of sapper cricket fans to the pitch.
