SAPPER OFFICER BECOMES THE FIRST IN ORDER OF MERIT IN THE JUNIOR STAFF COURSE 23 – ARMY WAR COLLEGE BUTTALA

Captain KP Kaluarachchi SLE became the first in order of merit in the Junior Staff Course No 23 held at Army War College – Buttala and 26 student officers from 19 Regiments participated to the course.

The formal closing ceremony was held on 08 April 2023 at AWC- Buttala, attended by the Commandant - Army War College, Brig YABM Yahampath RWP RSP ndu psc as the Chief Guest and 26 Course attendees received certificates of proficiency at the end of the occasion.
