Members of Sapper family celebrated Wesak Festival 2015. Sappers contributed many religious activities which are organized during this period as Sil campaigns, Bodhi Poojas, Dansalas and lanterns.
Sappers engaged in many temples all over Sri Lanka to mark this great event. Today morning (03 May 2015) the Officers and Other Ranks of Sapper Family participated to the \"Dana Pinkham\" which was organized at Army Temple Panagoda in order to sharing with joy and peace with people. Other than the exclusive religious aspects of the festival, the Sappers, decorated their respective Units and arrange for various cultural events to bring happiness to everyone on that day.
