The Officers Training Day of Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers was held on 4 Sep 2015 at the Regimental Headquarter. Series of important events were held from 0600 hrs to 2130 hrs focusing on improving the Physical Training, Personal Drill, Leadership qualities, Mess etiquette, Recreations etc.\r\nDays activities commenced with PT session followed by Drill. Thereafter following activities were took place:\r\n\r\nLecture on Motivation conducted by Brig A L D M Gunasekara RSP USP psc.\r\n\r\nLecture on Career Development through Professional Training in the Sri Lanka Army conducted by Maj M A K R K Abewickramasinghe psc (9 SLE).\r\n\r\nLeadership qualities of Field Marshal Bernard Law Montgomery conducted by Team from 15 (V) SLE.\r\n\r\nEngineer application and support given to success of the Humanitarian Operation in Sri Lanka conducted by CO 1 SLE and his team.\r\n\r\nDebate on “Has SL Army taken adequate measures to overcome future IED threats on from lessons learnt during Humanitarian Operation” conducted by 6 SLE and 8 SLE.\r\n\r\nRecreation session – Soccer, Volleyball and Cricket\r\n\r\nDiners Club on \"Happy Life\" by Mrs Anusha Gokula Fernado Bsc MA (Sociology)\r\n
