NCO LEADERSHIP WORKSHOP CONDUCTED BY 10 FIELD ENGINEER REGIMENT

The Non-Commissioned Officers’ leadership workshop was conducted by the 10 Field Engineer Regiment on 12th, 13th and 14th May 2022. A total number of 29 NCOs from 10 SLE participated for the workshop. This workshop was initiated as per directions of Colonel Commandant of Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers. This NCO leadership workshop was designed with the ability to formulate and implement effective leadership strategies, to promote better decision making and to stay motivated to face any challenges.
