Major General H.C.P. Goonetilleke, Chief of Staff of Sri Lanka Army participated as a Juror at the Silver Jubilee World HRD Congress in India from 15 to 17 February 2017. He was conferred with the Global HR Excellence Award for Leadership at the Silver Jubilee World HRD Congress. \r\n \r\nOver 1400 leading lights of human resources development from 133 countries attended the showpiece event held in India.
