A Farewell Guard of Honour for Maj Gen HL David USP psc was held on 17 April 2014 at 0900hrs at RHQ SLE. Senior Officers of Sapper family was gathered on this occasion to appreciate his tremendous service. After the parade all officers were addressed by Maj Gen H L David USP psc at the Lt Gen N K B Angammana Memorial Hall. He shared his experiences gathered during his career and gave valuable advises for young officers. After the addressed all officers had tea with Maj Gen H L David USP psc.
