DONATION PROGRAMME AND LECTURE SESSION IN CORPS OF SRI LANKA ENGINEERS SEVA VANITHA MONTHLY MEETING AT PANAGODA
Monthly meeting of Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers Seva Vanitha branch was held at RHQ SLE on 26 August 2017. In accordance with the event, a donation programme and a lecture on \"Mental Development, Family Issues and Happy Life\" by Mrs. Rathna Pushpakumari were conducted. Donation programme was comprised with distributing of scholarships for children of Killing in Action and differently disabled soldiers, donating 100 books for RFT Library, donating 20 x Gas Cooker, Gas Cylinder and equipment for flood affected soldiers and donating a Flat Lock Sewing Machine for a wife of death solider.
Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers and Commander SF HQ (West), Maj Gen Sudantha Ranasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc also attended the event despite of his busy schedule. The president, Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers Seva Vanitha Branch Mrs. Iromi Ranasinghe and Members of the Seva Vanitha Branch, Senior Sapper Officers, Sapper Officers, Other Ranks, civil staff members and families participated at the occasion.
