The Commander Security Forces West Major General DMKDB Pussella RWP RSP paid his maiden visit to 12 Field Engineer Regiment at Pitigala Camp on 18 August 2022. The Visiting Security Forces Commander has on his arrival was warmly welcomed by the all Officers and Other Ranks.
The days programme included drive pass, reception of the Commander, All Rank Tea and camp visit.
The visiting Commander appreciated and commended the hard work and the dedicated service rendered by the Sapper troops during recent unrest situation in the Kalutara District. The GOC 61 Infantry Division, BGS, BAQ, Senior Vol Coord, and the Commander 612 Infantry Brigade were presented at the event.
