The Sri Lankan Army Chief Field Engineer Maj Gen WMGCSB Wijayasundara RSP USP ndu made his inaugural visit to 4(V) Engineer Regiment on 07 April 2022 after assuming duties as the Chief Field Engineer.
The Chief Field Engineer was warmly welcomed by the CO 4(V) SLE and all Offrs and ORs of 4(V) SLE. The event commenced with the drive pass and thereafter CO 4(V) SLE conducted a briefing to CFE about administration and other operational commitment of unit. Thereafter CFE planted a sapling near to Sapper’s Mess. Then the CFE addressed the troops of the 4(V) SLE.
Afterwards CFE inspected the camp premises and attended for the tea party arranged at the Offrs’ mess. The visit of CFE was terminated at 1130 hrs after keeping greetings on visitors’ book.
