  • 7(V) ENGINEER SERVICES REGIMENT CELEBRATES 19TH UNITY DAY ANNIVERSARY

    The 19th Unit Day of the 7 (V) Engineer Services Regiment was celebrated on 17.07.2025 and cricket match, Volleyball match, Dharmadeshana programme and a trip was organized by 7(V) Engineer Services Regiment according to the corps day. In addition, a guard turnout was given to the Commanding Officer and a tree was planted by the Commanding Officer Major WC Perera USP on this occasion and held all-officers lunch according to the event.

  • CORPS OF ENGINEER SERVICES BIDS FAREWELL TO BRIGADIER KL MUNASINGHE USP

    The Regimental Headquarters of the Corps of Engineer Services held a heartfelt farewell ceremony on 15 July 2025 in honour of Brigadier KL Munasinghe USP, marking the conclusion of his distinguished and unblemished military career in the Sri Lanka Army.

  • 10(V) ESR CONSTRUCT A NEW HOUSE FOR NEEDY FAMILY IN SELLA KATARAGAMA

    Construct of house located at No. 153, Rajamawatha, Sella Kataragama, commenced on 16 April 2025 and was successfully completed and officially handed over on 10 July 2025. The project was undertaken by the tradesmen of the 10 (V) Engineer Services Regiment, under the guidance of the Commander of the Army, Lieutenant General Lasantha Rodrigo RSP ctf ndu psc IG, and the supervision of the Directorate of Engineer Services. The initiative was carried out with the sponsorship of the Wellassa Humanitarian Social Welfare Foundation, as part of the “Wellassa TV Sonduru Niwasa” housing project.

  • THE VISIT OF DIRECTOR ENGINEER SERVICES AT ENGINEER SERVICES TRADE SCHOOL

    Brigadier YKS Rangika psc ptsc, the Director Engineer Services of the Sri Lanka Army visited Engineer Services Trade School on 23 June 2025. At this historical event of ESTS, DES paid special attention to the constructions and infrastructure facilities of troops. DES addressed the troops and emphasized the importance of following the trade and military courses.
