An all-night ‘Pirith’ chanting, organized by the Regimental Centre CES on the celebration of forthcoming 74th Corps Day Anniversary on 10 January 2024, got underway on Friday, 05 January 2024 evening at the RHQCES premises. Major General Lanka Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc, Director Financial Management and the Colonel Commandant CES, together with Mrs. Surangi Amarapala, the President, CES Seva Vanitha Branch, Brig YKS Rangika psc ptsc, Commandant of Army School of Logistics, Col KL Munasinghe USP, Centre Commandant CES, Senior Officers, Spouses, Other Ranks, and Retired Officers attended the event.

The Corps of Engineer Services WOs' & Sgts' Mess “Guest Night” organized in parallel to 74th Anniversary Corps Day Celebrations was held at the Corps of Engineer Services Regimental Headquarters at Panagoda on 02 January 2024 with the participation of a large number of serving and retired members of the WOs’ & Sgts’ Mess. Maj Gen Lanka Amarapala RWP RSP ndc psc, the Colonel Commandant CES and the Director General Financial Management graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
