Team No 02 of JCC 27 outplayed DS Team No 01 in the final match of the second trimester Cricket Tournament held at Army War College playground on 29 May 2023. Twelve teams including three teams from the permanent staff and nine teams from the Student Officers: two teams from SCC 08, five teams from JCC 27 and two teams from JSC 24 played for almost three weeks to reach the finals. Winning the semi-finals Team No 02 of JCC 27 and DS Team No 01 were qualified for the grand finals.

Brigadier Manada Yahampath RWP RSP ndu psc, the Commandant of AWC delivered the Opening Address and marked the commencement of the second trimester of the AWC academic programme.
