The Commander Security Forces (Jaffna) and the Colonel Commandant of Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers, Major General WMGCSB Wijayasundara RSP USP ndu paid an official visit to 10 Field Engineer Regiment prior to his retirement after his 35 years of service in the Sri Lanka Army. The visit to the 10 Field Engineer Regiment was held on the 21 November 2022. The Commander Security Forces (Jaffna) and the Colonel Commandant of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers was ceremonially welcomed by the 10 Field Engineer Regiment followed by a Drive Pass.
Programme was then followed by a troop address where he addressed sapper troops and emphasized the necessity to work hard while maintaining outstanding discipline at every time. At the denouement of speech, he appreciated the service rendered by the 10 Field Engineer Regiment to Security Forces (Jaffna) and to Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers by keeping its glamour and discipline at its peak. The Overlooking Commanding Officer of the 10 Field Engineer Regiment, Major LLCS Cabraal psc SLE and all Officers attended with official formalities of the visit.
