Under the guidance of the Commander of the Field Engineer Brigade and the Sri Lanka School of Military Engineering, and under the supervision of the Commanding Officer of the 14 CBRNE Response Regiment, the Veterinary Assistant Course 01/2024 successfully concluded at the 14 CBRNE Response Regiment in Mattegoda. Thirteen other rank students from the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers and four other rank students from the Commando Regiment were qualified as Veterinary Assistance.
The course was conducted over an intensive and meticulously planned period from 29 October 2024 to 06 January 2025. The course designed to uplift the capability of veterinary assistant of the students, the program emphasized both theoretical knowledge and hands-on expertise. All 17 other rank participants successfully completed the course, demonstrating exceptional commitment, resilience, and skill throughout the program. The participants showed unwavering dedication to their training, and their remarkable achievements and focus on excellence were evident.
The closing remarks were delivered by Colonel F Joseph USP the Centre Commandant of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers, who commended the participants for their commitment and encouraged them to apply their expertise in service to the nation.
