SLE SEVA VANITHA BRANCH REAFFIRMS ITS DEDICATION TO COMMUNITY WELFARE

The Seva Vanitha Branch of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers conducted a welfare programme on 16 November 2025, donating essential items to the Sathuta Children’s Home in Saliyapura as part of its continuous community-support initiatives.

The programme was held under the leadership of the President, Mrs. Lilanthi Dolage, together with members of the Seva Vanitha Branch, whose collective efforts ensured its success. The donation, which included a range of essential items for the children, was made possible through the coordination of Mr. Senaka Senevirathna (USA) and the generous contribution of the donor, Mr. Vipula Wattegedara.

The 8 Field Engineer Regiment provided vital logistical support, while the donor’s representative, Mr. Menaka Senarathna, also graced the event.

This initiative once again highlights the unwavering commitment of the SLE Seva Vanitha Branch to uplifting communities and supporting meaningful welfare causes across the country.
