SAPPERS SHINE AT INTER REGIMENT ARMY WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIP 2025

The Inter Regiment Army Wrestling Championship 2025 took place from 1st to 3rd September at the APTS Indoor Stadium, Panagoda, where elite wrestlers from across the Army battled for supremacy.

The wrestlers of the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers, trained and guided under the responsibility of the 8 Field Engineer Regiment, made an indelible mark at the tournament, demonstrating exceptional discipline, endurance, and fighting spirit. Their outstanding performances brought glory to the Regiment and underlined the grit of the Sappers on and off the field.
