COLONEL FRANKLIN JOSEPH USP WAS AWARDED FOR THE BEST CASE STUDY PRESENTATION IN SENIOR COMMAND COURSE – INDIA

The Senior Command Course is a high-level training module designed for Senior Officers who are expected to assume leadership roles in complex operational environments. The course offers an intensive curriculum that challenges the participants to develop advanced decision-making and analytical skills crucial for military leadership.

In a proud moment for the Army and the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers, Colonel F Joseph USP was awarded with the Best Case Study Presentation at the Senior Command Course No. 163, conducted by the prestigious Army War College in Mhow, India. This course, which conducted from 09 September 2024, to 08 November 2024, brought together some of the finest military minds from around the world, including 22 Foreign Student Officers representing various countries, fostering a unique environment of cross-cultural exchange and strategic learning.

This award not only recognizes Colonel F Joseph’s individual excellence but also brings honor to the Corps of Sri Lanka Engineers and Country. His success at the Senior Command Course reflects a high level of preparation, intellectual rigor, and a commitment to excellence in military strategy and leadership.
