This deeply moving lecture was conducted by Brigadier (Dr.) R M M Monaragala USP, Consultant Psychiatrist, and his team from the Army Mental Health Unit. During the programme, the participants impart an insightful education on mental health and how to achieve a satisfied and success life as a military person.
