Major General K M P S B Kulatunga RSP ndc psc, the Commander Security Force (Wanni), conducted an official visit to the Headquarters Logistics Command (Wanni) and its under-command battalions on 28 April 2025.
Commander Security Force (Wanni), warmly Welcome by Major General T A Peiris ptsc, Commander Logistics Command (Wanni), along with the respective Commanding Officers. During the visit, the Commander was comprehensively briefed on the roles, responsibilities, and ongoing tasks of the Logistics Command and its affiliated battalions.
In his address to the troops, Major General K M P S B Kulatunga RSP ndc psc, expressed his deep appreciation for the commendable work carried out by the Logistics Command, especially in the face of numerous challenges. He acknowledged the dedication and resilience demonstrated by the Commanding Officers and all ranks involved.
As part of the visit, the Commander planted a mango sapling in front of the office complex, symbolizing growth and commitment. He also joined officers and troops for a group photograph to mark the occasion.
Concluding the visit, the Commander penned a note of appreciation in the visitors’ book. The event was attended by senior officers, officers, and other ranks, reflecting the unity and professionalism of the formation.
