BRIGADIER J S MUNASINGHE ASSUMED OFFICE AS THE BRIGADIER ADMIN AND QUARTERING OF SECURITY FORCE HEADQUARTERS (WANNI)

Brigadier J. S. Munasinghe, the newly appointed Brigadier Admin and Quartering (BAQ) of the Security Force Headquarters (Wanni), assumed duties on 12 March 2025 during a simple ceremony held amidst religious blessings.

As the Chief Incumbent at Madukanda Sri Dalada Viharaya began chanting ‘Seth Pirith’, Brigadier J S Munasinghe signed an official document at auspicious time to symbolizing the acceptance of the new office. Officers from the General Staff Branch and Officers of the Admin and Quartering Branch participated for the event.
