COMMANDER SECURITY FORCES (WANNI) VISITS BATTALION TRAINING SCHOOL AT ALANKULAMA

The Commander Security Forces (Wanni) Major General J P C Peiris RWP RSP ndc visited undergoing battalion training of 8 Vijayabahu Regiment at Infantry Battalion Training School (IBTS) at Alankulam on 05th November 2024.

Upon his arrival, Commander Security Force (Wanni) accorded with Drive pass and warmly welcome by the Senior Instructor of Battalion Training School. Before he interacts with the training troops he was briefed on the responsibilities, role and task and the present commitment of the IBTS- Alankulama. During his visit he inquired about both training and administrative matters relevant to the ongoing battalion training and as well as he emphasized the importance of training, maintaining the discipline and good conduct with responsibility to ensure the image of Sri Lanka Army.

Colonel General Staff - SFHQ (W), Colonel General Staff of 54 and 56 Infantry Division, Colonel Admin & Quartering 54 Infantry Division, Commanding Officer 8 Vijayabahu Regiment, Senior Officers and Officers participate in the event.
