TROOPS OF 2 ENGINEER SERVICES REGIMENT RENOVATE A HOUSE FOR A NEEDY FAMILY

In line with 75th anniversary of the Sri Lanka Army, the troops of 2 Engineer Services Regiment (2 ESR), renovate a home for a deserving family in Tissawewa West, Anuradhapura.

Major General J P C Peiris RWP RSP ndc Commander of the Security Forces (Wanni) graced the house warming ceremony as the chief guest on 15 October 2024.

The project was completed under the directions of Major General T A Peiris ptsc, the Log Commander (Wanni), and under the supervision of Major H M S J Bandara, The Commanding Officer of 2 ESR with all ranks of the unit dedicated their efforts to renovate the home. Their hard work and dedication were formally recognized during the inauguration ceremony, which was graced by the Commander of the Security Forces (Wanni).
