COMMANDER SECURITY FORCE (WANNI) MADE HIS FIRST OFFICIAL VISIT TO FMA (N/C)

The Commander Security Force (Wanni), Major General WPADW Nanayakkara RSP VSV USP ndu, made his first official visit to FMA (N/C) and under-command logistics units on 28 August 2023. The Commander, Forward Maintenance Area (N/C), Brigadier AK Rajapaksha RSP, Staff Officers, and Commanding Officers extended a warm welcome to the Commander, Security Force (Wanni) on arrival by presenting ceremonial honors at the entrance.

Thereafter, Commander Security Forces (Wanni) addressed the troops under command to FMA (N/C) and stressed the importance of logistics and administration while maintaining the standards of the army through training and discipline to uphold the honor of the victorious army. moveover, he elaborated on how to maintain a balance between military life and personal life while assisting in maintaining the national security of the country.

The Commander Forward Maintenance Area (N/C), his staff, and under-command COs conducted a comprehensive briefing regarding the logistics and administrative works carried out in the past and their future plans with the Commander Security Forces (Wanni) during this visit. Brigadier Administration and Quartering and Colonel General Staff of Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) also joined the official visit in order to receive an update on the administrative functions of the FMA (N/C).
