In accordance with directives given by the Commander of Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) for improvements of the professional competence of officers serving within the AOR,56 Infantry Division made presentation on “Growth and future prospects of BRICS and its impacts on South Asian Region and Sri Lanka”. The presentation was aimed to sharp knowledge, oncurrent affairs of present world.
On behalf of the Commander, Security Forces - Wanni, Major Genaral H G P M Kariyawasam RSP ndc psc IG presented at the session. Bdecomds, senior officers and officers were participated including 65 division officers physically and other all establishments at Wanni AOR via ZOOM technology.
Officers were actively and productively participated at questioning and answering session of the presentation. General Officer Commanding 56 Infantry Division delivered the closing remarks of the session and appreciated all attempts of those presenters.
