Newly promoted Brigadier W P W C Perera Lsc of the Sri Lanka Electrical and Mechnical Engineers was called on Saturday morning (February 04) to meet the Commander Security Force (Wanni), Major General Champaka Ranasinghe and received the symbols of authority and greetings from the SF Commander at his office.
