62 Infantry Division commemorated its 12th Anniversary on 10th September 2022 with a series of religious and colourful ceremonial activities held on the 09th, 10th and 11th of September 2022 at the Divisional Headquarters, Galkulama, Padavi-Sripura with the guidance and supervision of General Officer Commanding 62 Infantry Division, Major General SujeewaHettiarachchi.
Ceremonial events started with the Guard Turnout followed by Gourd of Honour in accordance with military formalities and greeted the General Officer Commanding at the main entrance and parade ground of Divisional Headquarters. And also, series other entertaining and memorable events were conducted with the participation of all Officers and ORs in the division.
