DISTRIBUTION OF 130 DRY RATION PACKS FOR LOW INCOME PEOPLES IN 653 INFANTRY BRIGADE AREA

As pre the guidance of General Officer Commanding 65 Infantry Davison Major General EADP Edirisinghe psc and the supervision of Comander653 Infantry Brigade, troops of 653 Infantry Brigade and 24 Gajaba Regimental conducted another humanitarian event distributing 130 dry ration packs among needy families living in Palampiddi and Thachchanamaradamadhu GS Division under Madhu Divisional Secretariat area on 19 August 2022 at public hall Thachchanamaramadhu.

Financial contribution for this event was provided by Thalagala Sri Siddhartha Foundation (Sri Lanka) and the Tan Ngk Buay & Kee Meng Lang Foundation Limited (Singapore).

General Officer Commanding 65 Infantry Division, Major General EADP Edirisinghe psc, Commander 652 Infantry Brigade, Commander 653 Infantry Brigade, Civil Affairs Officers of 65 Infantry Davison and 653 Infantry Brigade. Commanding Officer 24 Gajaba Regimental attend this event. Other than that Divisional Secretary Madhu, few government Officers and religious leaders were also participated for the event.
