The newly appointed General Officer Commanding 62 Infantry Division Major General Sujeewa Hettiarchchi made his first official field visit to under command 621, 622, 623 Infantry Brigades and 11 GW, 9 GR, 20 GR, 14 (V) SLLI, 5 (V) GR Battalions on 09, 10, 11, 12 and 17th April 2022.
On arrival at the camp premises, GOC was received by respective Commanders of formations. The General Officer Commanding 62 Infantry Division addressed Officers and Other Ranks in all formation and educated Officers and Soldiers on his vision. Further he empathized on illegal activities and discipline of Officers and Soldiers during the visit.
