DONATED SCHOOL ITEM PACKS FOR THE STUDENTS OF LOW INCOME FAMILIES IN 54 INF DIV AOR

With the blessings of Commander Security Forces (Wanni) Major General Champaka Ranasinghe RWP RSP USP and the guidance of General Officer Commanding 54 Infantry Division Major General U D Wijesekara RWP RSP USP rcds psc, donated 100 school items packs worth of Rs 6000.00 per pack for selected Sinhala,Tamil and Muslim students of low income families in 54 Infantry Division AOR on 19th March 2022 at Cultural Hall Mannar,as a welfare activity.

Financial contribution for this event was provided by alumini friends of University of Sri Jayawardhanapura, Old Boy friends of Royal College Colombo 07 and all Sri lankan and friends around the world, with close coordination of Mr. Prasad Lokubalasooriya, Mr Thilanka Mendis, Mr Nadeeka Jayawardhana, Mr Udara Madurapperuma, Mrs Samanthi Wijewardhana, Mrs Kumudu Gunawardhana, Mr Himath Kithsiri and Mr Nadun Bandara. The event was organized with close supervision of Comd 543 Inf Bde.

GOC 54 Inf Div, Col Coord 54 Inf Div, senior Officers and Mr. Prasad Lokubalasooriya and members of friends Associations, teachers and parents were participated for the event.
