The training of junior leaders is paramount important to maintain operational readiness and also to practice the mission command. In present day context other than the military training, awareness of the social etiquette also plays a vital role while dealing with civil organizations. Keeping that on view with the direction of Commander Securty Forces (Wanni) Major General C D Ranasinghe RWP RSP and under the supervision and guidance of General Officer Commanding of 65 Infantry Division Maj Gen Anil Samarasiri, a valuable workshop on ‘Mess Etiquettes’ commenced to the NCOs in 65 Infantry Division AOR.

This workshop includes lectures and practical sessions on social etiquettes, mess etiquettes, dress etiquettes, telephone etiquettes, wining and bar etiquettes and introducing of cutteleries. 30 X NCOs representing Bdes and Bns including Div HQ are participating and this is the first workshop which includes several programs yet to continue.
