Upon a request made by the Commander Securty Force (Wanni) Major General D M H D Bandara RWP RSP USP the Watawala Tea Company has provided a total of 165 Dry Ration packs worth of Rs. 7500 each in order to distributed amongst religious Places of worship in the Security Force (Wanni) area. The donation was coordinated by the Senior Brand Manager at Watawala Tea Company Mrs. Anuradha Dasanayake.
Dry ration were donated on 17th,18th and 19th June 2021 and also on 24th june 2021 in light of the Poson Poya day. These donations were carried out with the participation of the Commander Security Force (Wanni) Major General D M H D Bandara RWP RSP USP General Officers Commanding 65 Infantry Division Major General D M T B Dissanayaka RSP USP, General Officers Commanding 21 Infantry Division Major General W R M M Rathnayake RWP RSP USP ndu, Commanders of 211 and 653 Infantry Brigades and Officials of Watawala Tea Company,
