BATTALION TRAINING SCHOOL KALYANIPURA WELCOMES NEW RECRUITS

A concept driven by Commander of the Army, a campaign was launched to recruit 35000 new recruits in to the army. Therefore 235 new recruits reported to Battalion Training School Kalyanipura on 15 April 2021 and newly reported recruits were welcomed by the Chief Instructor Battalion Training School Kalyanipura Lieutenant Colonel Wasantha Wijerathna and all instructors of the training school.

The General Officer Commanding 62 Infantry Division Brigadier Upali Gunasekera gave necessary instructions and guidelines to Commander 622 Brigade Colonel Sampath Fernando and Chief Instructor Lieutenant Colonel Wasantha Wijerathna in this regard.
