The concept of the Commander Security Force Headquarters (wanni) Maj Gen D M H D Bandara RWP RSP USP and under the guidance of General Officer Commanding 56 Infantry Division Maj Gen A A D N S P Dunuvila RWP RSP USP with the close supervision of the Brigade Commander 562 Infantry Brigade Brigadier A M S Premawansa RWP RSP USP were organized a donation ceremony to distribute 200 school book packs to selected law income school children at the Madukanda National School on 29 March 2021.
The Commander Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) graced the distribution ceremony during morning hours as the chief guest at the invitation of Commander 562 Brigade From its initial stage the president of Buddhist Association of People Bank was financially contributed for the event to be success up the end and two under command Battalions of 562 Infantry Brigade 15 (V) SLSR and 17 (V) SLSR troops were dedicated their best to succeed the event.
GOC 56 Infantry Division, Commander 562 Brigade, Senior Officers, Commanding Officers, Buddhist association of People’s Bank president and members, Principal, Teachers, Officers and Other Ranks participated for the occasion.
