Abandoned Family Helth Service Office and Children’s Park at Sinnavalayankaddu were renovated by 15 (V) SLSR troops coincide with the World Children’s Day in order to make a pleasant environment for pregnant mothers who are attending for the medical clinics at there.
Temporary Saloon had been opened to haircuts for children and gift parcels comprised of school items were distributed among 50 children age of 3 to 6 years those who are living in Sinnavalayankaddu and Vilaththikulam villages. Sports events and games had arranged for little kids and opportunity has given to have ice cream for them. Furthermore refreshment has given for all participated children and parents for the event.
562 Brigade Commander Col AMS Premawansha RWP RSP USP grace the occasion as the chief guest and 15 (v) SLSR CO Maj AMMB Aththanayake, organized the event and Parasankulam Development Officer S Sudharshan, Parasankulam GS Nirojani Sadashivam, and Vilaththikulam GS V Madhura also attended for the event.
