62 NFANTRY DIVISION CELEBRATES ITS 10TH ANNIVERSARY

62 Infantry Division celebrated its 10th anniversary on 10 Sep 2020 in Galkulama, Padavi-Sripura on a grand scale attaching prominence for religious activities. To mark the event, the div had organized a Bodhi pooja ceremony, Alms Giving for ten prelates and limited over Cricket Tournament played between div sections as preliminary activities. On 10th September 2020, the 62 Infantry Division GOC Brigadier MKS Silva RWP RSP ndu was accorded a parade at the parade ground as a military formality followed by sapling a tree and All Ranks lunch.
