MAJOR GENERAL A N AMARASEKARA USP ndu ASSUMES OFFICE AS THE GENERAL OFFICER COMMANDING OF 56 DIVISION

A dignified formal ceremony was taken place to mark the assuming of the office as the 21st General officer commanding of 56 Division Major General A N Amarasekara USP ndu on 29 May 2020 at the Headquarters 56 Division, Kokeliya, Vavuniya with the blessings of Maha Sanga.

To mark this significant event Brigade Commanders of 561, 562 and 563 Bde, Staff Officers of 56 Div, Commanding Officers, Officers and Other Rankers from under command battalions of 56 Division were present to pay their greetings to the newly appointed General Officer Commanding.
