MAJOR GENERAL RKBS KETAKUMBURA RSP ASSUMES DUTIES AS GENERAL OFFICER COMMANDING OF 61 DIVISION

The newly appointed General Officer Commanding - 61 Division, Major General RKBS Ketakumbura RSP assumed duties as the 11th General Officer Commanding on 15 July 2019.

In his arrival to the Headquarters 61 Division, Major General RKBS Ketakumbura RSP was bestowed with a Guard Turnout and Guard of Honour in prioritising military formalities. Later, he planted sapling at the camp premises to mark the assuming of office as the new General Officer Commanding of 61 Division.

Commanders of 611, 612, 613 Brigade and Commanding Officers of under command Battalions to 61 Division were present at the event.
