Troops of 211 Brigade together with some well-wishers donated number of Musical Instruments to V/Mahamailankulam Primary School, Vavuniya on 08 February 2018. The donation was coordinated by the Commander 211 Brigade Colonel Tharaka Rathnasekara USP with the assistance of some well-wishers as a request made by the Principal of Primary School. This was a fulfilment of long felt requirement for the Band Team of this Primary School to keep away their old musical instruments which had been made by using local resources such as bamboo trees and iron barrels. Students of the band team were filled with happiness as they were received number of items consist of Drums, Melodicas, Triangles, Symbols and many more. The Commander 211 Brigade along with well-wishers who made their sponsorship to provide these items, Senior Officers and Officers under 211 Brigade and large number of teachers and students of V/Mahamailankulam Primary School participated in this occasion.
