THE CERTIFICATE AWARDING FOR THE PERFORMERS OF VESAK AND POSON RELIGIOUS EVENTS WAS TAKEN PLACE
\r\nThe Commander Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) Major General Ruwan Kulatunga gathered in certificate awarding on 10 June 2017 for the best performers on various events held in relevance with Vesak and Poson festive sessions.\r\n\r\nThe best performers of Vesak Lanterns Competition by representing 10 Sri Lanka Artillery, 4 Sri Lanka Signal Corp, 1 Military Intelligent Corp, and 2 Corp of Engineers Services were awarded valuable certificates to apprise their tireless effort. Subsequently, the Devotional recital team by representing the troops of 4 Corp of Engineers Services Regiment, 2 Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corp and 4 Sri Lanka Army Women’s Corp was awarded certificate for their invaluable performance.\r\n\r\nIn addition to that the winners of Vesak Lanterns Competition which was organized by the District Secretariat Office – Vauniya were given prizes by the Commander Security Force Headquarters (Wanni).\r\n\r\nThe 22 Engineers Services of Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) was awarded a worth of Rs. 30000.00 financial prize for the 2nd place whilst 1 Military Intelligent Corp and Special Forces Brigade were awarded a worth of Rs. 5000.00 financial prizes for the 6th and 7th places among 32 Vesak lanterns which had been represented from Sri Lanka Army, Sri Lanka Navy, Sri Lanka Air Force, Sri Lanka Police, Civil Defense Force and different civil authorities.\r\n\r\nThe Brigadier Admin and Quartering, the Colonel General Staff, several Senior Officers and Officers of Security Force headquarters (Wanni) gathered in this occasion.\r\n
