WORKSHOP FOR DRIVERS AND RIDERS ON PREVENTION OF MOTOR TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS & AUTOMOBILE MAINTENANCES
On directions of Comd Security Force (Wanni) Major General Ruwan Kulatunga, Headquarters Forward Maintenance Area (North/Central ) had planned, and coordinated a driver awareness Workshop on prevention of accidents and maintenance of Vehicles for Army drivers in Wanni Theater. Events were held in two phases on 29 April and 06 May 2017 respectively at 2 ESR Thissawewa, Anuradhapura for 391 drivers. Following subjects were discussed:\r\n\r\na. Prevention of Motor Traffic accidents.\r\nb. Maintenance procedures of Army vehicles.\r\nc. Precautions to prevent road accidents.\r\nd. Traffic accident procedures by Police and civil laws implied.\r\n
