CERTIFICATE AWARDING CEREMONY OF TAMIL LANGUAGE COURSE CONDUCTED BY 62 DIVISION
The certificate awarding ceremony of Tamil Language Course conducted by 621 Bde under the directions of 62 Division was held at 0930 hrs on 12 December 2016 at 621 Bde conference hall. The course was scheduled from 17th October 2016 to 7th December 2016 as a part of the 62 Division training schedule. A novel event was added to the ceremony on the initiative of General Officer Commanding 62 Division, Major General B H M A Wijesinghe USP ndc psc in which a Playlet was staged by the participants of the course proving their competence whilst adding glamour to the ceremony. The acting Comd 621 Bde and Col GS GS 62 Division Lt Col S A N D Edirisinghe RWP RSP SLLI participated as the Chief Guest to the event along with the COs and 2 ICs of the under command battalions.
