THE COMMANDER, SECURITY FORCE HEADQUARTERS (WANNI)VISITED 56 DIVISION
The Commander, Security Force Headquarters (Wanni) Major General J R Kulatunga RSP ndc psc visited 56 Division in Kokeliya on 02 December 2016 after he took over the command.\r\n\r\nThe Commander was welcomed by the General Officer Commanding, 56 Division and bestowed with a guard turnout and a guard of honor at the Headquarters.\r\n\r\nAs the next segment of the event, the Commander planted a mango sapling inside the camp premises to remark the visit.\r\n\r\nLater on,the Commander was present on a photograph with General Officer Commanding, Brigade Commanders, Senior Officers and Officers. Afterward, the General Officer Commanding’s briefing was taken place at the conference hall.\r\n\r\nIn conclusion of the events, the Commander addressed the troops and subsequently, participated in an all rank tea party.\r\n\r\nThen the Commander paid a visit to the Entry/Exit point in Omanthai and “Sathviru Sanhindha, Sanhindhiyawe Ape Gama” in Kokeliya. \r\n\r\nThe General Officer Commanding, 56 Division Brigadier H J Senaviratne RWP RSP ndu, Brigade Commanders, Senior Officers, Officers and large number of Other Ranks gathered in this occasion.\r\n
