SECURITY FORCE (WANNI) ELLE TOURNAMENT AT VAUNIYA NATIONAL COLLEGE OF EDUCATION GROUND
In an effort to enhance the sports skills of the troops serving the Security Force Headquarters – Wanni (SFHQ-W), an Elle tournament was held at Vauniya National College Of Education ground on 3 May 2016 on the directions of Brigadier SHFP Perera RSP ndu, General Officer Commanding (GOC), 61 Division. \r\n\r\nMajor General M H S B Perera RWP RSP USP ndu psc, Commander, Security Force-Wanni graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Finals which was held between 61 Division and 62 Division teams. \r\n\r\n61 Division players emerged as the winners while 62 Division became the runners-up. Commander, Security Force-Wanni gave away the prizes to the winners.\r\n\r\nSenior Officers and Army Personnel from SFHQ-W and lectures and students of the Vauniya National College Of Education attended the event.\r\n
